Project summary
VAS Integrations connects value-added service platforms with the operator and partner systems that need the same data. Requests and responses move through the integration instead of being re-entered by hand.
One side sends a request. The integration maps it into the shape the other system expects, sends it on, and keeps the response with the original request so the two sides stay tied together.
When a call does not finish the first time, background processing retries it. Logs keep a record of what was sent and what came back, so a failed step can be found and traced.

What this project covers
Platform requests
A value-added service platform sends the request that has to reach an operator or partner system.
Mapping
The integration turns that request into the form the other system accepts.
The other system
Operator and partner systems receive the mapped request and send a response back through the same connection.
Retries
Background jobs pick up work that did not finish and try it again, instead of dropping the request.
Logs
Each step can be read later: what was sent, what came back, and where it stopped.
Traceable failures
A failed call stays in the log so it can be found, instead of disappearing after the first attempt.
What we built
We built the API connections between the platforms, the background processing that keeps the work moving, and the logging that makes each step traceable.
The connection is not a one-off script. A request can be mapped, retried if it fails, and read back from the log when someone needs to see what happened.

We engineered the connections, the background processing and the logging, and we support the integrations after they are in place.
